This is what we used to build the potato clock
- Two copper electrodes
- Two zinc electrodes
- three alligator clip wires
- Two potatoes
- Led clock
Things that we tried to power with the potatoes but didn't work
- Nano bug
- Light bulb
- Music box from circuit set
I think this is because the potatoes did not have enough power to run these things.
What I learned:
- Its a big huge circuit.
- Potatoes are acting as the batteries.
- If we take the clock out of the circuit, we could create a short circuit and make french fries!
